- Starting from 45 working days up to 30 days before the flight – 25% cancellation fees
- Starting from 31 working days up to 21 days before the flight – 50% cancellation fees
- Starting from 20 working days up to 14 days before the flight – 75% cancellation fees
- Starting from 13 working days – 100% cancellation fees

- Payment must be settled up to two months before the conference
